Meet the Real Wage Calculator

Late last month, the Governor's Office of Economic Development launched the South Dakota Real Wage Calculator.

The new, interactive tool calculates the impact of income taxes and cost of living on wages across the nation. Users can then determine what their purchasing power is in more than 400 cities nationwide.

"We are excited to tap in to the potential of this tool," said GOED Commissioner Pat Costello."
