The purpose of the Value Added Agribusiness Relending Program is to assist in community development projects, the establishment of new businesses, expansion of existing businesses, creation of employment opportunities or saving existing jobs, and adding value to South Dakota agricultural commodities through further processing or marketing.
The Value Added Agribusiness Relending Program is a direct loan and can lend up to 75% of a total project cost up to a maximum of $250,000.

3% fixed; up to 10-year term; amortization depending on collateral
